Every Summer we complete an audit of all supply staff. For part-time contracted teachers who only do supply in their 'home school' we usually contact the school to confirm you are still employed.
We contact you by email in June/July and carry out all the changes to our database over the summer.
This means our system is up-to-date in September as the new school year begins.
The Annual Update is an opportunity for you to tell us about any changes in your personal information (change of address, telephone number) or professional circumstances (part-time contract, change of availability).
As part of this process we update our systems by confirming:
