ERSCB Newsletters
Available to download below in PDF format is the East Riding Safeguarding Children Board (ERSCB) newsletter.
East Riding Safeguarding Children Board (ERSCB) was established on
the 1st April 2006 and replaced the joint
East Riding and Hull Area Child
Protection Committee.
Our primary role
is to improve outcomes for children in
the East Riding by promoting the
premise that safeguarding children is
the responsibility of everyone.
The
ERSCB is the key statutory mechanism
for agreeing how relevant organisations
within the community will co-operate to
safeguard and promote the welfare of
children and for ensuring the
effectiveness of what they do.
Another big part of our role will be to
keep anyone involved in the safety and
welfare of children and young people,
whether you be a parent, carer,
professional staff member, someone
from a voluntary or faith group, teacher
or a young person yourself, informed
and involved.
As well as our webpage, the newsletter is
available both online and in print
and we invite you to share it with
anyone you wish.
