| Information:
The Course provides an opportunity to work with leading professional
artist Philip Cox. Philip is well known to many in the East Riding
from his previous workships for teachers and his work in schools in
the area. However, if you're not familiar with his work then this
is an ideal opportunity to work alongside him and learn some useful
techniques. Philip will demonstrate how to create three-dimensional
outcomes from found materials. This Course will be of particular interest
to teachers in schools who are taking part in the Creative Contexts
for Learning 2005 - Transformations Initiative. |
Objectives:
- To work with and alongside a leading professional artist
- To create and develop three dimensional work from found materials
- To investigate techniques and ideas which can then developed
in the classroom
- To extend the skills and artistic good practice of teachers
and TAs.
