Information:
This termly meeting provides a forum for the sharing of ideas and good practice in RE teaching, for the discussion of current issues and for the dissemination of advice and information relating to the management of RE in primary and special phases.
This is a particularly important opportunity for RE subject leaders to have an outline introduction to the newly launched East Riding Agreed Syllabus.

 

Objectives:
  • To update colleagues on the recent launch of the East Riding Agreed Syllabus for Religious Education.
  • To discuss the implications for schools.
  • To share plans for future training and support.
  • To update subject leaders on current local and national issues.
Please note that failure to attend a course to which you have applied will result in an administration charge of £10.00 unless a cancellation code is quoted.  A similar charge will be made if delegates attend without having made a formal application.
