Managing pupils' learning in design and technology is a complex and demanding task and this full day will address may of the key elements for success.
Topics covered will include:

  • Use and application of IDEAs, FPTs and DMAs
  • Health and safety
  • Application of ICT
  • Progression issues
  • Planning and organisation
  • Resources
  •  

    Objectives:
    • To provide background information for the successrful teaching of design and technology.
    • To identify quality sources of information and support.
    • To promote good planning and organisation within the primary design and technology curriculum.
    Please note that failure to attend a course to which you have applied will result in an administration charge of £10.00 unless a cancellation code is quoted.  A similar charge will be made if delegates attend without having made a formal application.
