Information:
This training is focused on allowing teachers to experience the
activities on the TOPS cards and to think about how these relate
to curriculum planning. All teachers who attend the training will
receive a set of resource cards.
|
Objectives:
- To provide guidance and ideas for teachers and AOTTs in the
planning, preparation and teaching of effective athletics.
- To consider the value of sustaining existing levels of Physical
Education in the schools curriculum and ways in which athletics
can be used to support the teaching.
- To discuss key issues and areas of concern.
|
Please note that failure to attend a course to which you have applied will result in an administration charge of £10.00 unless a cancellation code is quoted. A similar charge will be made if delegates attend without having made a formal application.
