Information:
This course is a repeat, with updates, of the successful cross-unitary
course (East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull LEAs) that ran in 2001-2
and 2002-3. It is aimed at those who aspire to be a primary phase
deputy headteacher. Teachers who applied to attend on the previously
advertised dates (14 and 15 March) will automatically be offered
a place and do not need to make a new application.
Through direct teaching, group activity and case study material
the course will give teachers an insight into the modern day role
of a deputy head and give teachers an insight into the modern day
role of a deputy head and give participants extra confidence when
making applications.

- Writing letters of application for Deputy Headship
