Information:
This is an exciting opportunity to explore the toolkit for teaching English in an interactive way that builds on the residential held in November last year. You will be working with colleagues from Hull, North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, Doncaster and Sheffield to explore teaching and learning as specific to your subject. This course is open to all NQTs and GTP participants and will be supported by English Advisers, consultants and some outside speakers.

Objectives:
  • To raise levels of expertise in teaching and learning strategies in English.
  • To provide a wider range of expertise and social interaction
  • To provide a package of practical materials that will be of use in the English classroom at KS3 and KS4.
Please note that failure to attend a course to which you have applied will result in an administration charge of £10.00 unless a cancellation code is quoted.  A similar charge will be made if delegates attend without having made a formal application.
