Information: This course is aimed
at Headteachers and Senior Leaders.
This course builds on the Performance Pay Progression Policy Course
in the Spring Term. Nigel Middleton is a national authority in this
field and was able to offer a wealth of information, expertise and
guidance through this complex area of decision making. The interdependence
of performance management outcomes, professional development and
pay decisions are becoming increasingly evident.
The imperative now is to join these aspects and activities in a
coherent process that will retain and reward the school's staff,
as well as satisfying the External Validator. Nigel will again offer
his knowledge and experience to guide senior school leaders in creating
a detailed and robust policy.
|
Objectives:
The objective of the course is for each school to build on the draft
Performance Pay Policy offered by the LEA and create a Policy that
meets the needs of their particular circumstances and staffing structure. |
Please note that failure to attend a course to which you have applied will result in an administration charge of £10.00 unless a cancellation code is quoted. A similar charge will be made if delegates attend without having made a formal application.
Please complete the section below and pass the form onto your Continuing Professional Development co-ordinator or Headteacher. |
