Information:
This course is intended to give teachers lots of ideas to run a fun alternative warm up or session in relation to speed, agility and quickness. The course is practical and a handout of all drills will be given to all those that attend. SAQ is a relatively new fun method of training to improve speed, fast feet and multi-directional agility.

 

Objectives:
  • To provide guidance and ideas for Teachers and AoTTs in the delivery of fast feet sessions.
  • To look at numerous drills using ladders and hurdles.
  • To share ideas within the group of other possible uses of the equipment.
  • To share details of where to buy the euqipment.
Please note that failure to attend a course to which you have applied will result in an administration charge of £10.00 unless a cancellation code is quoted.  A similar charge will be made if delegates attend without having made a formal application.
