A very informative twilight meeting took place at John Tunnicliffe Furniture on Sutton Fields.

Visitors were given guided tours of the design and manufacturing facilities by John Tunnicliffe and shown an insight into the world of industrial CAD by their product designer.

Links with the secondary design and technology curriculum were established and it was good to see the application of our subject in an industrial context.

Humber Education Business Links Organisation (EBLO), who organised the event, are to be congratulated on providing a most enjoyable and educational event.

The food was good too.
