This part of the site is intended to provide educators with a simple route to a range of news and resources that will enable you to plan out both lessons and/or personal development.
It is targeted at teachers and teaching support staff and we wish to reflect the important role played by all groups within the staff of a school.
If your resources are good enough to use with your class, they will certainly be good enough to publish on eRiding.

It currently has a number of resource banks that are searchable by menu and keyword as well as staff development information, such as course notices.
It must be stressed that the quality of this part of the site depends on you.
Firstly the bank of lesson objects can be put together to produce full lessons, using your professional judgement of your teaching groups’ needs.
Secondly the bank will need constant expanding and updating if the site is to remain a useful learning resource.
This is where you all can help.

This will enable us to place the resource in the right place on the website, and enable the search mechanism to accurately pick up your resource.
Don't be afraid to share your resources and to use the resources developed by others - if your resources are good enough to use with your class, they will certainly be good enough to put on the Web.
