FREE Information Session for Headteachers/Curriculum Leaders.
Curriculum in Action, Thursday 1st July, 2.45 pm at Tickton Grange Hotel.
A method for making your curriculum more exciting and creative, this bespoke, school-based CPD will aim to:
- provide opportunities for compelling learning experiences;
- change pedagogy;
- provide dynamic interactions (for teachers/TAs and ultimately children);
- provide for experiential learning;
- offer significant opportunities for collaboration and networking;
- and will include educational theory in the context of the curriculum.

Monday 6th September 2010: Full day inset with Tim in Wawne Primary School's hall.
Tuesday 7th September 2010: Delegates to choose a morning or afternoon session observing
Tim working with children from Wawne school across the age ranges.
Tim Rylands, winner of the 2005 Becta ICT in Practice Award, will present some inspiring,
accessible tools and ideas for raising the level of writing, speaking and listening, and creativity in
children of all ages.
A practical exploration of some of the virtual worlds and visual literacy elements that have had a
huge impact on raising children’s confidence across the creative curriculum.
Come prepared to be inspired and to leave with many practical ideas to apply back in the
classroom.
