ICT Integrated Tasks

' Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the usual way. This happens to us all the time with computers, and nobody thinks of complaining. ' - Jeff Raskin
An updated ICT Teacher's guide for key stages 1 and 2 has been sent to all primary schools in England.

This optional exemplar scheme of work illustrates how the national curriculum programme of study for information and communication technology for key stages 1 and 2 can be translated into a practical plan.

It shows how ICT might be taught to groups of children attaining at the levels appropriate for their age.

It can be opened or downloaded from this link:

weblink www.standards.dfes.gov.uk - Teachers guide update document.

These interactive whiteboard resources can be used to support the delivery of these integrated tasks.
