As you should know P Scales will be statutory from 2008 for pupils with special educational needs who are teacher-assessed as 'level' W.

Inclusion practitioners within the local authority have published guides to using P Scales.

The guides are available for schools to purchase using the order forms below.

Simply select your preferred method (e-mail, fax or traditional mail) and use the appropriate form.

MS Word (.doc) format can be edited on your PC and e-mailed, and the Adobe PDF (.pdf) can be printed, filled-in manually and faxed or posted to the appropriate address below.
