Information:
This course is aimed at TAs who are supporting Intervention Strategies in KS3. It will look at a variety of resources available to support pupils who are working below expected levels.

A half day course has been offered to try to minimise disruption to school routines. This course links to the Improving Writing Course (S3C1737) which may also be of interest to TAs.
Objectives:
  • To introduce the structure and variety of resources available to support students working below expected levels, especially in Y7
  • To build TA confidence in intervening to support students in Mathematics
  • To look at models of working with pupils
Please note that failure to attend a course to which you have applied will result in an admin. charge of £10.00 unless a cancellation code is quoted.
A similar charge will be made if delegates attend without having made a formal application.
