Information:
This is the final evaluation event for the staff well-being pilot that has been running for 18 months in 19 schools and the School Improvement Service. It will give participants an opportunity to share examples of successes in improving staff well-being as well as critically assessing the impact of the programme. The event will be of interest to all schools concerned to improve staff well-being and will allow decision-makers to decide on the future of the programme in the East Riding.
Objectives:
  • To consider the successes of the well-being pilot
  • To share good practice
  • To critically appraise the well-being programme
  • To judge any measures of change in staff well-being
  • To consider local and national data on staff well-being
  • To consider the future of the well-being programme.
Please note that failure to attend a course to which you have applied will result in an admin. charge of £10.00 unless a cancellation code is quoted.
A similar charge will be made if delegates attend without having made a formal application.
