Ultimate is a fun, non-contact invasion game that incorporates aspects from other team sports such as american football, netball and basketball.

Ultimate is a new, exciting game played by both male and female participants using a plastic disk or 'frisbee', where the object of the game is to score a goal, by the attacking team completing a pass to a
player standing in the opposition's 'end-zone'.
Ultimate Leaders' Workshop
Physical Education staff within the East Riding of Yorkshire recently attended an Ultimate Frisbee Leaders' Workshop.
The course was organised in partnership with UK Ultimate Association (UKUA) to provide teachers and youth leaders with the skills
to introduce ultimate into their schools as an alternative non-contact invasion game.
