The Government is providing funding for schools to enable them to deliver one-to-one tuition to identified pupils.

Some Local Authorities have trialled the initiative and funding was allocated in the spring and summer terms, 2009 to all Local Authorities so that Early Adopter Primary Schools could implement the programme.
