Application for the National Healthy Schools Standard
The Healthy School Awards will take place at the Tickton Grange Hotel on Friday 18th February 2005.
Schools who wish to take part should download and fill in the following application form as soon as possible.
Only the application needs to be filled in at this stage, and then e-mailed to us at the address below.
The Accreditation Procedure
The Accreditation Procedure is a guide to helping schools through the Healthy School Award.
It should be used in conjunction with the Support Materials and NHSS Level 3 Criteria.
