Wednesday 8th March

The image on the right displays this year's No Smoking Day theme, and it asks the question, "Want to Make a Fresh Start?" and also states, "You can have... More Money?, Better health? Fresher smell? More energy?".

Whatever your reasons may be for stopping smoking you’ll find everything you need to help you prepare on this site.

If you’ve never tried to quit smoking before or even if you think there’s no hope left, this site has information about the most effective stop smoking help and support and where you can find it.

If you would like to be involved in No Smoking Day, or have any ideas for activities, please let us know.

We have now run out of campaign packs.

However, all the information from the packs is here on the website including ideas for events, a catalogue of campaign materials and a downloadable order form, and free downloadable resources that you can print off and photocopy.
