INFORMATION:
The
Secondary Science Development Group is for Heads of Science and
other subject leaders in science. This group is intended to
determine the nature of the activities in future meetings as well as
discuss significant issues in Science Education that support
improvements in the quality of teaching and learning and raise
standards.
OBJECTIVES:
- To examine and discuss the
Departmental Self Evaluation process and a departmental SEF and to
share good practice - To explore Post 16 courses available and
the extension of 14-19 provision from the new GCSE 2006 courses -
To evaluate the use of ALPS data
