Blank SEFs (Self-Evaluation Forms)
Some schools have indicated that they would find it easier to have access to a Microsoft Word format (.doc) copy of the SEF as they
would find this easier to work on from home.
In order to prevent much re-inventing of the same wheel, a copy of the SEFs for nursery, primary, secondary and special schools and PRUs is
now available via the links below.
Only Section A is included as this is the part which requires more extensive writing.
On page 3 of this modified SEF there is also some additional guidance from the School Improvement Service as to how best to approach
completion of the SEF.
Schools that have invested in electronic software to support their management of the SEF process should, of course, have no need for
this material.
