Improvement Advisers (IAs)
Each Improvement Adviser has a group of schools and provides advice on a subject, or aspects of education.
Improvement Officers (IOs)
The team of Curriculum Project Managers lead curriculum projects in schools which form part of the Education Development
Plan.
Research and Information Team (RIT)
The Research and Information Team provide a range of statistics and analysis for schools and the LA.
